  4.  Orders & PaymentsAll prices on the website are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST (as mentioned).Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspicious activity.
  5. Processing TimeProcessing time varies by product and will be mentioned on the product page.Custom or personalised orders may require additional time.
  6.  Shipping & DeliveryWe ship across India via trusted courier partners.Delivery time typically ranges between 3–10 business days depending on your location.Any delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.Incorrect address leading to non-delivery is the customer's responsibility.
  7. Custom OrdersCustom/personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.No returns or exchanges for custom-made products.
  8. Returns, Exchanges & RefundsDue to the nature of handmade and personalised items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.Refunds are only processed if the product is damaged during transit and you provide:Unboxing video (mandatory)Photos of the damageOrder detailsRefund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  9. Discounts & OffersCoupons and promotional offers are valid only for the specified duration.Offers cannot be combined unless mentioned.GIFTVRAP reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time.
